low-delay connections to the Regulus™ Statistical Multiplex Controller, the
D9050 HD Encoder can be part of a statistical multiplex together with other HD
and SD programs. The 4:2:0 encoding includes our PreSightPlus™ dual pass
architecture with advanced rate control.
